Kate oversees communications with our donors, who make our work possible. She also plans events to raise awareness and funds to support early literacy. Kate brings experience as an administrator, fundraiser, and facilitator to her position at LINC, having held positions at Theatre for a New Audience and Classic Stage Company, where she led the education departments. A born storyteller and life-long reader, Kate is committed to LINC’s vital mission, which connects to her overarching career goal of making high-quality educational experiences equitable for all students. Outside of work, she is an avid distance runner and loves to spend time in the kitchen cooking and baking. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA (big Steelers fan) and is a graduate of Boston College (BA) and New York University (MA). Most of her time now is spent with her husband and two young daughters – reading lots of books, of course!
