Operations Manager
Full-Time, in-person at NYC office
Salary range: $55,000-$60,000
The Operations Manager is a member of LINC’s Finance and Administration team, reporting to the Chief Finance and Administration Officer. This full-time, on-site role keeps LINC’s day-to-day operations running smoothly across all five boroughs—managing office and facilities, procuring and distributing program materials, supporting finance, HR, and technology systems.
Family Engagement Specialist
Full-Time, in-person at various NYC locations
Salary range: $50,000 – $55,000
The Family Engagement Specialist is responsible for sustaining, deepening, and growing LINC’s relationships with parents, care providers, and families across the target LINC community to ensure that families gain the knowledge and skills to support their children’s literacy development through our Community Literacy Model.
Community Engagement Specialist
Full-Time, in-person at various NYC locations
Salary range: $50,000 – $55,000
The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for maintaining, deepening, and growing our relationships with community-based organizations, community leaders and other local institutions to ensure our Community Literacy Model is visible and valued at the community level.
