The Associate Director of Early Literacy & Instructional Partnerships leads the successful implementation of LINC’s instructional model across a multi-borough portfolio of schools, early childhood programs, Head Start and Early Head Start programs, FCC networks, and other instructional partners. 

LINC is looking for a creative, collaborative, and driven Communications Associate to join a fast-paced communications team and help amplify the LINC stories, impact, and mission that are transforming early childhood literacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications generalist who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and enjoys working across a variety of projects—from crafting compelling content and graphics and supporting strategic campaigns to strengthening both internal and external communications.

The Borough Instructional Manager is LINC’s lead educator and relationship manager for a portfolio of schools and early childhood instructional partners. Reporting to an Associate Director of Early Literacy & Instructional Partnerships, the Borough Instructional Manager owns the full arc of LINC’s work with assigned partners—from planning and scheduling through family workshops, relationship management, participation, follow-up, data collection, and year-end reflection.
