Emmanuel brings extensive experience with both early childhood programming and evaluation. Prior to joining LINC in the fall of 2018, he worked as the Director of Educational Programs for Sesame Street Workshop. Other related experience includes positions with Pencils of Promise, Transition International, and The Hunger Project. Emmanuel develops program content, working collaboratively with community and executive staff to design and refine workshops for parents, Family Academies, and our VIP curriculum. He also supervises LINC’s program evaluation team and works with our third party evaluator to monitor our impact and guide program delivery. He was born in Cocoa Beach, FL, and grew up in Texas. His favorite children’s books are Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH and Alice in Wonderland. Outside of work, Emmanuel enjoys being in nature, hiking, biking, and trying to make a garden work in the city.
