Upper Manhattan Early Childhood Connect (UMECC)* invites you to visit our new digital home and tell your neighbors: www.umecc.org!

UMECC supports caregivers and partners in promoting healthy childhood development and early literacy in Upper Manhattan from Harlem to The Bronx. Serving as a hub for all things early childhood, UMECC connects caregivers with Early Intervention, CPSE, 2K-preK, childcare, and a range of other literacy and learning resources in Upper Manhattan.
